Information on order status and shipments
For each shipment you will receive an email from our courier that will inform you about the status of your order.

Canceling or changing an order
To modify or cancel an order already submitted, you must promptly contact Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. by email at ecommerce@wolfsauris.it or by telephone at 0433.86054, indicating the order number.

Copies of documents, information on invoices, bank transfers, and cancellations and corrections to personal data
To request copies of documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) or to make changes to your personal details, you can contact Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. by email at ecommerce@wolfsauris.it or by telephone on 0433.86054, remembering to indicate the type and number of the document for which you are requesting a copy or a correction.

Payments

Purchases made on this portal are safe and guaranteed and can be made in the following ways:
– Payment by Credit Card
– Payment by PayPal
– Payment by Bank Transfer
– Cash on Delivery

Payment by advance bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after having received confirmation of the bank transfer. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number and date and the customer’s name and surname.

Payment by credit card
In the case of purchase of goods by credit card, at the conclusion of the order transaction, the bank will authorize the charge of the amount relative to the purchase. In case of order cancellation by the customer or in case of non-acceptance of the contract by Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a., Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the amount committed. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been canceled, Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for delays and/or damages caused by the banking system. Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or to send copies of documents that prove ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information and/or copies, Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the credit card purchase procedure is Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. able to know personal information regarding the credit card’s owner, since the information is transmitted directly to the site of the banking institute that manages the transaction, and since this is a protected site.

Payment with PayPal
When purchasing goods with PayPal, at the end of the order transaction the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website where he/she can make the payment using his/her account or by using a card, even a prepaid one, or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions.

Cash on delivery (currently not available)

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will receive the goods and pay the courier directly, using cash only. Bank checks or other forms of payment will not be accepted. As per current regulations, cash on delivery can only be used for amounts less than €1,000.00.

Shipping

At the moment, shipments can only be made to addresses in Italy; shipments abroad are not possible.

For our shipments we have selected temperature-controlled couriers who guarantee the maintenance of the cold chain.

Transportation Costs
The transportation costs will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the items ordered and the destination.
The applied cost, VAT included, corresponds to the following amounts:

For deliveries weighing more than 100 kg or with a total amount exceeding €300, the transportation costs will not be charged..

Delivery Times
The average delivery time is 4 working days, but our aim is to deliver in the shortest time possible. The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and are in no way binding for Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a.

Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. uses affiliated couriers/carriers that offer the best service/cost ratio for the destination in question: this allows us to offer our customers the best combination of shipping service and cost.

Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note
– that the packaging is intact and not tampered with, including the sealing tapes
In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately report the shipment and/or delivery by writing “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF GOODS FOR …” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
The customer must then report any damage within 3 days of receiving the goods according to the procedures provided by the operator who made the shipment.
If the shipment of the order is returned to Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. by the courier/carrier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the goods are no longer in the courier/carrier’s warehouse, or for any other reason attributable to the customer’s negligence, a new shipment will be possible upon advance payment via a link that will be provided to the customer at the time, or alternatively via bank transfer or Paypal.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment, at pre-arranged times or on pre-arranged days.

Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law and the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating a VAT number on the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. by registered letter within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. Please note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal procedure
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
The purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, and stored according to the storage instructions on the label; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer; Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Return of goods
The product must be returned to Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. within 14 days together with the authorization form received. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.a. will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (customer’s IBAN code).

When the right of withdrawal lapses
The right of withdrawal lapses completely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), if Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.A. ascertains:
– Use of the goods, even if only partial;
– Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the above cases, Prosciuttificio Wolf Sauris S.p.A. will arrange to return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for shipping costs.
