If the user chooses to make the purchase as a guest, they are asked to provide their name, surname, address, email, tax code or VAT number. Providing correct data is necessary to process the order and send the goods. The email address is necessary for order confirmation, while the tax code or VAT number are necessary for invoicing. Incomplete or inaccurate communication of the aforementioned data will prevent the completion of the purchase order. If the user chooses to register, in addition to the data requested from the guest for the purposes described above, the user will be asked to choose a password. This creates a customer account that allows direct access using the email, for identification and the password. It is necessary to store the data provided in order to maintain the customer account. In any case, the customer account and related data will be deleted after five years of no access by the user. In any case, Personal Data will not be retained for more than 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship and in any case for the limitation period established by law.
