Description
The main feature of the Cotechino di Sauris is the smoking process that enhances the flavour and closely holds on to the traditions of the most classical of these spicy pork sausages. This version is already traditionally cooked , to be heated and ready to eat.
Ingredients
Pork, pork fat, salt, spices, aromatic herbs. Preservative: sodium nitrite.
